Medical device manufacturing
Marketing that compounds,
for medical device makers.
More of the right leads, and a name your buyers know before your rep calls, for FDA-cleared manufacturers selling to providers, health systems, and hospital networks. We know the clearance language, the long education cycle, and why your best engineer is your best content asset. And we make the marketing look as good as the device.
What marketing can do
Get the device in front of every person who has to say yes.
- The whole committee
- Separate messages, ads, and landing pages for the clinician, the value-analysis committee, and purchasing, so a deal doesn’t stall on the person nobody briefed.
- A shorter education cycle
- Evidence summaries, comparison sheets, and decks that answer the clinical questions before the rep is asked, so buyers arrive further along.
- Trade shows that pay back
- Meetings booked before the booth opens and ninety days of follow-up after, so show spend turns into pipeline.
Every lead is tagged at first touch, so a deal that closes eighteen months later still traces back to the ad that started it.
What we run
One engagement. Every channel your buyers use.
Strategy, outreach, advertising, search, content, and your website run together as one engagement. Everything is made to one standard of taste and measured against one number: the leads it brings in.
-
Lead generation
Outreach and advertising aimed at the buyers your reps actually cover. Quiet deals get followed up, and every lead is traced back to the campaign that produced it.
-
Search and AI visibility
When a buyer asks Google, ChatGPT, or Perplexity who to consider, your company is the one that gets named. Awareness at the exact moment the shortlist gets written.
-
Content
Articles, decks, one-pagers, landing pages, magazines, and LinkedIn posts that make buyers see you as the company that knows the category best. The depth of your best expert, finished with the polish of a luxury brand.
-
Web experience
Landing pages, the full site, and the forms that turn a visit into a lead. Designed to the same standard as the ads and built to convert.
How we operate
First we learn your market. Then we build the engine.
-
Diagnostic
Study your market, your buyers, your website and landing pages, and how leads are tracked today, so the plan starts from what’s true.
-
Architecture
Set the strategy: who we’re targeting, which channels, the creative direction, and how we’ll measure results.
-
Build
Build the campaigns, outreach, content, landing pages, site, and forms, all in accounts you own.
-
Operate
Run it every week. Report leads monthly and pipeline quarterly.
Proof
The system works.
Here’s the proof.
A respiratory medical device maker went from $400K to $5M in marketing-sourced pipeline in three years, with two sales reps. Nothing was torn down and rebuilt each quarter. The same system kept getting stronger.

Questions
What buyers ask us.
Do you understand FDA-cleared claims?
Yes, and we treat them as a constraint we design around. We keep cleared and approved distinct, source every claim to the clearance or the study before it ships, and build compliance review into the writing workflow. We will also tell you when a claim you want to make isn’t supportable.
Our sales cycle is 9 to 18 months. Does this still work?
It works better, because a long cycle is exactly where untracked marketing falls apart. We tag every lead at first contact and keep that tag on it through your CRM until the deal closes, so a deal that started with an ad in March is still traceable to that ad when it closes the following year.
Can you reach hospital buyers as well as clinicians?
Yes. The clinician, the value-analysis committee, and the person who signs the purchase order need different arguments, so we build separate audiences, messages, and landing pages for each and report which one moves deals. Selling to a committee is the normal case here.
Our marketing looks like everyone else’s in the category. Does that matter?
More than most device companies think. A surgeon or a value-analysis committee judges the company by the ad, the website, and the sales sheet before they ever handle the product. When every competitor’s material looks the same, the one that looks like it came from a luxury house is the one they remember and the one they call back.
We already exhibit at the big trade shows. Where does that fit?
Around the booth. Most manufacturers pay for the booth, the travel, and the samples, then leave with badge scans and no follow-up. We run outreach into the exhibitor and attendee list before the show, book meetings before you land, and run sequences for ninety days afterward. Same budget, with a pipeline to show for it.
What do you report on?
Sales-qualified leads monthly and marketing-sourced pipeline quarterly: numbers your CFO can stand behind.
Let’s build marketing that brings in leads and keeps bringing them in.
